N.b. I have made the top a little longer in the picture incase you wanted to use your border edge punch to jazz it up, like i did. Or if you would like it to be plain, simply cut around the blue edge.

simply put your card stock into your printer, right click on the template and click on print picture. Cut it out and create. Simple templates
